High Energy Team Award by Harvard Business Review
The Chinese edition of Harvard Business Review and FESCO launched the “High Energy Team Award” jointly in November 2021, which is based on the research of many well-known companies in the Chinese edition of Harvard Business Review and the basic consensus reached in interviews with well-known scholars: “The team is an important guarantee for the long-term development of an organization.”

The goal is to offer visibility and value to excellent teams, provide learning and reference experience for enterprise organization management, and produce greater social value.
The review included two rounds of rigorous screening across six dimensions:
Nuvonic APAC team from Halma Plc. won the “High Energy Team Award” for its excellent team performance.
